With a career spanning over 25 years in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail, Software Development, and Finance, KC Pelle contributes a wealth of experience to Health Supply U.S. Starting from the ground up, KC worked his way to executive leadership roles, including Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO), Chief Operating Officer (COO) and President. He’s led multi-national enterprises in logistics, retail, and manufacturing, each with revenues exceeding one billion dollars and workforces surpassing 1000 employees.
As an industry professional, KC has served as Chairman for key US and North American trade associations, overseeing significant sectors such as freight forwarding, customs, third-party logistics, warehousing, and trucking. Internationally, he has been elected as an Ambassador to organizations like the World Trade Organization (WTO), World Customs Organization (WCO), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and the United Nations (U.N.) and the International Freight Forwarders Association (FIATA).
KC brings process improvement expertise, holding Six Sigma Blackbelt and Kaizen Performance Certifications. His roles as a reconnaissance contractor for the U.S. Government and a senior member of the USCOC Trade Security Task Force underscore his commitment to national security. With strong connections in Washington, DC, KC has cultivated relationships with the Department of Defense (DoD), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the National Security Agency (NSA).
In the past seven years, KC has served as one of eight selected operating partners and financial auditors for a leading Private Equity firm investing billions into U.S. Manufacturing, Distribution, and Logistics.
As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Health Supply U.S., KC adeptly managed the DLA Gown Contract, swiftly establishing nine domestic factories within 60 days to produce over 10 million FDA-certified isolation gowns for the U.S. National Stockpile.
As President of Glove One, KC oversees the entire company, ensuring the successful production of nitrile gloves and leading a workforce of over six hundred (600) employees. His career reflects a commitment to excellence, strategic leadership, and successfully navigating operational challenges.
