During his tenure at Kimberly Clark Healthcare, Tim’s groundbreaking work resulted in the development of Sterling Nitrile, the first nitrile exam glove proven to surpass natural rubber latex exam gloves in comfort and performance. This achievement began a widespread industry shift toward nitrile exam gloves. Tim’s impactful career also includes vital improvements to Lavender Nitrile and Purple Nitrile exam gloves, earning him several significant awards for excellence.
